Kimberly Afonso - CEO & Founder

USA | Currently in Italy

Yoga. Well-Being. Remote Work. Travel.

These are a few of my passions, and those that inspired me to create a business path full of inspiration back in 2018.

Embracing a global mindset in my work, I have resided in 5 countries and currently live in Milan, Italy. I work with clients in-person and remotely as I travel 40% of the time.

My global female team is currently spread across 5 countries and 4 continents - you can find out more about each of their unique backgrounds below.

SERVICE is my philosophy, and I believe that getting clear on branding and goals leads to more aligned leaders and a better workplace.

Along with my expertise in digital marketing, I blend my business degree from the NYU Stern School of Business, previous international sales expertise, yoga learnings (I practice daily), and mastery of coaching into all of the work that we do together.

I believe in aiming for a high ROI just as much as figuring out the “why” behind it, and I work with my clients to achieve both.

Manar Awawdeh - Business Manager

A combination of east meets west, an optimist, and a sun child at heart. From growing up in the sunny Grand Canyon State of Arizona to being born in the Holy Land in a city just 15-km away from Jerusalem, it is no wonder that you can now find me living the digital nomad life residing in Istanbul. Having lived and worked in 4 countries at a young age, I find that my global exposure has shaped my mindset and led to my ease of adaptability in any work environment. I am constantly on the search for learning new skills and expanding my knowledge, especially in the digital world.

Helping companies grow and execute on their business strategies is what I love to do. Problem solving and exploring solutions is my fuel to continue evolving and learning. Amidst the hustle and bustle I find my perfect balance in working out at the gym, being a foodie, meditating, and reading captivating books.

Nomadic at heart, remote working is the perfect way to combine my years of marketing experience with a constantly wandering spirit. Data-driven and always learning, every client is an opportunity to delve into new industries while viewing and sharing the world from different perspectives. Currently in Cape Town, South Africa, and enjoying being a local again... for a little while.

Rachael Davis - Copywriter

England | Currently in Edinburgh

Forever fascinated by language, I've always been more comfortable with the written word than the spoken one. I love writing and reading in all its forms and spend most of my time in and out of work working with language in one way or another. I love using my skill with language to help clients and brands make the most of their digital footprint. I'm at my best when I can get creative and make magic with words.

I love the freedom that remote work brings me, enabling me to have lived and worked in three different cities over the last three years. I'm originally from the South of England, but I now live in Edinburgh, with a two-year stint in Berlin in between. As much as I love Scotland, it never takes long for my wanderlust to stir and I can see myself moving on at some point in the future.

After spending years with digital marketing agencies and being a weekend beach warrior, I am now waking up to the sound of the waves every morning near the North Eastern coastline of the Philippines.

A morning surf and a cup of coffee after, and I am set to get my creative juices flowing.
